Local Rogers Park resident, Sheryl Rosenberg, is creating quite a buzz with her line of hair on hide purses that she makes out of her Rogers Park studio.
An eight year Rogers Park resident, Sheryl devotes her time tending to apartments that she helps manage and she also serve as administrator to the Rogers Park Builders Group. Yet her primary passion is making purses and purse accessories. Her strong determination and endless amount of passion has resulted in her creating an entire line of handbags using designer leathers and cowhides. Her business, Harriet’s Hides, is a labor of love that carries with it her late mother’s name. This month, Sheridan Road magazine (the “bible of the north shore”) recognized Sheryl's fantastic work and tells the story behind her thriving business in this great article.
