Monday September 12th, the day that the Chicago Park District -out of safety concerns - temporarily closed Touhy Park at the 7300 block of north Clark in Rogers Park from all organized park activity and locked the field house’s doors, a drone operator captured this footage of the tent encampment that has existed in the west side of the park since Spring of 2021.
