North Lake Shore Earth Day 2010
This year, they have more exciting programming than ever including cooking demonstrations, a film festival and informative and fun workshops on growing your own food, taking a closer look at food policy, and local community initiatives that are taking sustainability to the next level! Children 5-12 will join the fun with a full day of programming at the Kids Corner sponsored by State Representative Harry Osterman, and a special presentation to commemorate Mexico’s Bi-centennial Celebration in partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico. Plus, a green fair of area vendors and organizations with information and giveaways.
