Local Fitness Facility to Host Wed Jan 11 BizArts Breakfast

“With last week’s New Year resolutions remain perched in our minds, how appropriate that a fitness facility is hosting the January breakfast meeting of the Rogers Park Business and Artist (RPBizArts), scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2012, 7:30 - 9:00AM

180 Personal Fitness is one of several local venues that offers affordable, high quality opportunities to work with a personal trainer, one of which will host next Wednesday’s breakfast, :

(Technically this area on the north side of Howard immediately west of the Howard El platform is in Evanston, but everything else about 180 Personal Training is Rogers Park!)

You may park in the Gateway lot, and walk a block east, and cross the street.

RP BizArts events provide us with an exceptional opportunity to learn about the host business, and also to meet, mingle and learn about other business owners, artists and community residents. BizArts events are open to the public, and we encourage attendees to contribute $5.00 (or more) at the door, to assist in the cost of organizing these events. (Members and advertisers of Rogers Park Business Alliance and of need not pay.) Everyone is encouraged to bring a canned good, as BizArts contributes canned goods to deserving local causes.

180 Personal Fitness consists of four skilled and personable personal trainers who are able to help you achieve your fitness goals, using its “no frills” urban location.
  1) James Silva has been a personal trainer for 11 years working with major corporations as in Olympia fitness, Xsport, and Bally total Fitness. In 2007 James opened 180 personal training studio to further develop his training style as well as give his clients the individual attention they need.

  2) Stephan Fouche has over 8 years of personal training experience; he models the importance of living a healthy and fit lifestyle.  He is committed and dedicated to this lifestyle, consistently developing the most innovative techniques there are in order to reach a given goal.  This includes encouraging sound nutrition habits and routine exercise techniques that are unique in design for the needs of each individual.

3)Chrissy Kearns is a Rogers Park local personal trainer and has worked through Bally total fitness and LA fitness. Chrissy also has worked with James Silva into developing a solid training regiment for her clients.

All attendees of Wednesday’s RPBizArts will be offered a coupon, redeemable for one free personal training session. ($35 value.)
