RPBG Newsletter Overviews Sullivan Project and Global interest in Chicago Real Estate

05.01.16— Check out the Spring edition of the Rogers Park Builders Group's newsletter, The Builder. The Builders Group makes it a priority to publish an informative and timely newsletter each quarter. This edition takes a closer look at changes on Howard Street, brought about, in part, by an expansion of Sol Cafe, the reintroduction of live theater to Howard Street (The Factory Theater), and a beautifully designed new ethnic restaurant, Little Unicoco, which serves Nigerian cuisine, owned by an accomplished restaurateur.
